Manfaat Air Putih....(Selamat Mencoba....^^)

Dari sebuah blog saya mendapatkan postingan yang menurut saya sangat bermanfaat untuk kita menjaga kesehatan kita. Di Jepang saat ini sangat digemari mengkonsumsi air putih karna bisa digunakan untuk membantu proses penyembuhan berbagai jenis penyakit baik yang sudah lama maupun masih baru.

Beberapa jenis penyakit tersebut yaitu: sakit kepala, gatal2, sistem jantung, arthritis/radang sendi, jantung berdebar2, epilepsy, kelebihan lemak, bronchitis, asma, TB, meningitis (radang selaput otak atau sumsum tulang belakang), ginjal, vomiting/muntah-muntah, penyakit lambung, diare, piles, diabetes, sembelit, penyakit mata, rahim, kanker, menstruasi tidak teratur, dan THT.

Caranya:
1. segera setelah anda bangun tidur di pagi hari sebelum anda menggosok gigi, minum air putih sebanyak 4 gelas ukuran 160cc. artinya anda harus minum 4x160cc = 660cc
2. Jangan makan apa-apa selama 45 menit. namun anda boleh menyikat gigi anda.
3. setelah 45 menit anda boleh sarapan seperti biasa
4. mulai dari 15 menit setelah sarapan, makan siang, dan makan malam hingga 2 jam setelahnya, jangan makan dan minum apapun
5. bagi yang tidak kuat minum 4 gelas ukuran 160cc bisa memulainya dengan meminum lebih sedikit namun usahakan tiap hari ditambah hingga sanggup menghabiskan 4 gelas tiap paginya
6. cara ini bermanfaat membantu penyakit diatas dan menjaga tubuh kita agar tetap sehat.
7. Treatment ini tidak menimbulkan efek negatif apapun kecuali banyak kencing hehe....

Directions:Berapa hari yang dibutuhkan untuk menyembukan penyakit tersebut?
1. darah tinggi - 30 hari
2. penyakit lambung - 30 hari
3. diabetes - 30 hari
4. sembelit - 10 hari
5. kanker - 180 hari
6. TB - 90 hari
7. khusus pasien arthirtis/radang sendi: untuk minggu pertama, lakukan treatment diatas 3 hari saja. baru pada minggu-minggu selanjutkan dilakukan treatmen harian.
